Sales Coordinator
Full time Meru, Selangor

  • 5 working days.
  • Product training will be provided.
  • Located in Meru, Klang.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the usage of Google Sheets and SQL is an added advantage.
  • Highly-motivated and committed with the desire to achieve goals and targets.
  • Able to work independently with integrity, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to adapt to changing market demands and work under pressure to meet the set deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with international corporate clients.
  • Support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities within the company.
  • Assist in maintaining existing customer accounts.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the sales initiative to increase sales.

Product Designer
Full time Meru, Selangor

Requirements

  • Possess Advanced Diploma / Degree in Industrial / Product Design or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Product Design & Development experience.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in product development of office furniture. Knowledge of this market’s requirements and trends.
  • Experience in total ownership of technical specifications and development of office furniture.
  • Proficient in 3D solid CAD software, eg. Solidworks , AutoCAD, etc.
  • Ability to work independently up to detailed final product design and specs.
  • Able to present a good PORTFOLIO of past design projects.
  • Artistic flair and skill in visual communication and rendering techniques will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Product Design of chair and/or office furniture systems, from concept generation, modelling / mockup, prototype fabrication, testing up till market release.
  • Mechanical Design including part design, part specifications, packaging and BOM.
  • Testing and improvement of new and current products.
  • Creating and maintaining technical specifications, drawings and documents.

Assistant Sales Manager (International)
Full time Meru, Selangor

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience in similar fields.
  • Highly-motivated with the commitment & desire to achieve goals and targets through effective teamwork, willing to go extra miles and scale to achieve new heights.
  • Presentation skills, client relationship, energy level, negotiation, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals, creativity, independence and motivation for sales.
  • Work independently with hands-on and results oriented, with high level of integrity, good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Willing to adapt to changing market demands, resourceful and able to work under pressure to meet the set deadlines.
  • Willing and able to travel independently overseas.

Sales Executive (International)
Full time Meru, Selangor

Requirements

  • 5 working days.
  • Degrees/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience in export sales. 
  • Experience in managing key account export customers from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels in the organization. 
  • Highly motivated with the commitment & desire to achieve goals and targets through effective teamwork, willing to go extra miles and scale to achieve new heights.
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to adapt to changing market demands, resourceful, to work under pressure and meet the set deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the usage of MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and SQL software is an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel overseas.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Meru, Klang.
  • Product and sales training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day export sales activities in the assigned territory. 
  • To develop and increase sales of existing export customers by maintaining a good business relationship as well as constantly reviewing their monthly/quarterly sales performance.
  • To assist the team leader in developing and implementing the sales plan to increase sales in the respective territory. 
  • Prepare monthly sales analysis/report which will be shared and presented to the team leader. 
  • Work closely as a team with relevant internal departments to achieve the desired result. 
  • To assist in the order processing procedures (i.e. Issuance of PI, Sales Order, Container Loading Calculation, Bill of Quantities, Interdepartmental Memo, checking of Shipping Documents, updating production/shipping schedule etc.) as and when required. 
  • Attend overseas exhibitions and visit customers when required.
