Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience in brand management or marketing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Create and manage the brand’s marketing calendar and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing communications to execute strategies effectively.

Product Engineer
Full time Meru, Selangor

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Enginnering
  • Experience in 3D part design for injection molded components and other manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of plastic material properties in injection molding applications.
  • Knowledge of material strength properties and failure modes.
  • Hands-on approach to problem solving, together with software tools for analysis.
  • Proficient in 3D solid CAD software, eg. Solidworks
  • Experience working in manufacturing environment with other parties such as production department, QC and suppliers
  • Ability to work independently up to detailed final product design and specs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed mechanical design in collaboration with industrial designers, for office furniture, namely seating and desking systems of plastic and metal construction.
  • Improve product quality by identifying causes of quality issues, and propose short term and long term solutions.
  • Perform prototyping to validate design ideas
  • Perform related tasks such as testing and packaging design.
  • Generate and maintain drawings and documentation of product specifications.

Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience in marketing roles.
  • Experience in graphic design and content creation.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.

    • Utilize Adobe Illustrator for creating and editing graphics.
    • Perform photo editing to enhance product images and marketing materials.
    • Edit videos for promotional purposes, social media, and website use.
     
  3. 3. Inter-department & agencies Coordination
    • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Product Designer
Full time Meru, Selangor

Requirements

  • Possess Advanced Diploma / Degree in Industrial / Product Design or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Product Design & Development experience.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in product development of office furniture. Knowledge of this market’s requirements and trends.
  • Experience in total ownership of technical specifications and development of office furniture.
  • Proficient in 3D solid CAD software, eg. Solidworks , AutoCAD, etc.
  • Ability to work independently up to detailed final product design and specs.
  • Able to present a good PORTFOLIO of past design projects.
  • Artistic flair and skill in visual communication and rendering techniques will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Product Design of chair and/or office furniture systems, from concept generation, modelling / mockup, prototype fabrication, testing up till market release.
  • Mechanical Design including part design, part specifications, packaging and BOM.
  • Testing and improvement of new and current products.
  • Creating and maintaining technical specifications, drawings and documents.

Assistant Sales Manager (International)

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day sales activities in the assigned territory.
  • To develop and increase sales of existing customers by maintaining a good business relationship as well as constantly reviewing their monthly/quarterly sales performance.
  • To assist the team leader in developing and implementing the sales plan to increase sales in the respective territory.
  • Prepare monthly sales analysis/report which will be shared and presented to the team leader.
  • Work closely as a team with relevant internal departments to achieve the desired result.
  • To assist in the order processing procedures (i.e. Issuance of PI, Sales Order, Container Loading Calculation, Bill of Quantities, Interdepartmental Memo, checking of Shipping Documents, updating production/shipping schedule etc.) as and when required.
  • Attend overseas exhibitions and visit customers when required.
