What's Covered
Merryfair Trading Sdn Bhd (877551-V) as (“Seller”) warrants any and all of its products including its fixed seating against manufacturing defects for period stated below from the date of completion. Seller will repair or replace any product, which fails under normal and reasonable use of which the product is intended for. Damage or repairs arising from abuse, accident, vandalism, or alteration of the product from its original conditions, shall NOT be considered as manufacturing defects. This warranty is given to the initial end user of new products purchased from Merryfair. The warranty is valid for as long as the initial end user owns the product. The warranty, which is non-transferable, runs from the date of manufacture and covers defects in materials and craftsmanship found during normal usage of the products. If a product is defective and if written notice of the defect is given to Merryfair within the Applicable Warranty Period, then Merryfair at its option will either repair or replace the defective product with a comparable component or product.

This warranty does not apply to “normal wear and tear,” and it does not apply to any product that has been altered without Merryfair’s authorization. A product will not be considered defective, and Merryfair will not be obligated to repair or replace it, if the product is not installed and used as recommended by Merryfair.
This warranty does not apply to any “Customer's Own Material” (ie, material specified by the buyer that is not a standard Merryfair product offering) used in the manufacture of a Merryfair product. A natural variation occurring in wood, fabric or leather is not considered a defect under the terms of this warranty. Merryfair does not warrant the colorfastness or the matching of color, grain or texture of wood, fabric or leather. Merryfair may discontinue some fabrics or finishes before expiration of the applicable warranty period.
EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, MERRYFAIR MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY AS TO ANY PRODUCT. MERRYFAIR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Product repair or replacement in accordance with this warranty is the buyer's exclusive remedy for any and all product defects. Merryfair shall not have any tort liability with respect to any product, and Merryfair shall not be liable for any consequential, economic, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages arising from any product defect. Returns & Exchange
You may exchange your order if:
- The item delivered does not match the order criteria as stated upon checkout (product is different to what is showed on invoice)
- If a product is defective and written notice of the defect is given to Merryfair within the Applicable Warranty Period, then Merryfair at its option will either repair or replace the defective product with a comparable component or product.
How to report a defective product?
- The customer has to write to the customer service team ([email protected]) with photographs of the defective item
- Please include your invoice, order number as well as photographs/videos showing a) the product, b) the damaged part, c) copy of the invoice
When will my product be repaired?
In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the product as needed. Our team will be with you within 14 working days to rectify the problem from the date the report has been filed. If the product defect requires the product parts to be exchanged, this process might take up to 30 working days depending on the area you live and the time it may take for your product to be repaired.
Returning a wrong order?
- Upon delivery, you will be required to acknowledge a Delivery Order form to ensure that you have received and accepted the goods. Once you have signed the Delivery Order, you will not be allowed to return or exchange the goods unless there are any defects which is covered by our Warranty.
- In the event that the delivered item does not match the order criteria based on your invoice during checkout, we will exchange the product within 7 working days.
- The returned item(s) must be in its original unused condition. (Item that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for exchange).
- In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the product as needed.
- We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable. Merryfair does not offer a cash refund option at the moment.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
We do not offer Cash on Delivery. However, we do accept most major credit cards and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). FPX is payment gateway that allows you to make real time online payments using your current or savings account. All you need is an Internet banking account with any of FPX participating banks.
